Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello When I open my jaw after some time, a crackling sound vibrates in my ear , just like the sound of gate being opened. Please guide to what it can be. Thanks

Uncomfortable with the throat .. i feel something is their in my throat i don't feel pain while eating or drinking but phlegm is coming out since its two months its getting reduced ... when i inhale steam Its fine but after that again in feel uncomfortable and some times i get skin irritation near the neck .... presently i am taking pan-top d tablet once in a day ... one of the doctor has asked me to take it for three months for longer benefits

I am currently diagnose with the covid so taking medicines like dolo,fabi flu, doxycycline etc.i am facing congestion in chest while breathing which is irritating.kindly suggest the medicine and way to clear the congestion completely.

Hi, I have been experiencing slight pain in my left ear every time I yawn or cough or sneeze. This has been happening since last two weeks. It is not painful otherwise. Can you help me understand a possible issue? There is no history. I'm also not able to determine the exact point of pain since it hurts inside the ear when I yawn, closer to the cheekbone sometimes.
