Blood from nose after wearing mask
Hello Doctor , This problem I am facing since last week. After wearing a mask for 1-2 hr I got the blood from nose while it's normal when I am not wearing mask..
Please suggest what can trigger this issue ?

When u wear mask , do u have a habit of repeatedly touching or pressing you nose in order to adjust / set mask ??
