My father who is 70+ is leading a healthy and active lifestyle. He is having high BP. Since last 3 months he is facing sudden bleeding from nose . It has happened 8-10 times a month. He is having no pain. Got his check up done , done tests also. No abnormality in report and ENT also could not find the cause of bleeding. Pl suggest what to do.

Control Hypertension.
Blood for Complete blood count, CRP, PT, apTT to exclude blood cause of bleeding.
X ray or CT scan PNS to exclude sinusitis or any mass.
