  4. Tightness in right side of Throat. Day.

Tightness in right side of Throat
I have a tightness in right side of throat for like a week. Earlier it was at upper right-end of throat but now it feels more like a lump at right side of Adam's apple. Should I be concerned of Covid. Other than this I have no other symptoms and usually workout atleast twice a day.
