Extra muscle in nose
My husband is unable to breathe bcs of extra muscle growth in nose. Not able to go out for scan bcs of Covid as we have small kid. Can someone pls suggest any medicine for relief and for sleep. There is even shortness of breath.

Stop if you are Taking Any Short Of Xylometazoline Or Oxyzylometazoline Gradually Take Fluticazone With Azelastine Nasal Spray In Both sides Nose 2 Times a day Plus Doxyphyllin and Montolucast Combination Two Times a day For 3 days Followed by One At Night For 14 days Nasal Saline Spray 4 Times a day In Both Nostril For One Month

There is no disease like extra muscle in nose , most probably nasal septum is deviated
