You seem to be having nasal obstruction secondary to deviated nasal septum and hypertrophy of inferior turbinate. Forceful blowing of nose can lead to injury to small blood vessels causing bleeding. If your symptoms are persistent then you may need to undergo surgery known as septoplasty with turbinate reduction
