Ear and throat ache
Hi, every morning I wake up with a soar throat and too much air pressure in my ears which also turns into ache sometimes. I tried to sleep with cotton balls in my ears but it isn't helping much. Please help me understand how can this be resolved.

Due to Sore throat and rhinnitis ( running nose) infection can spread to your ears through eustachian tube .. so you might be getting this problem in ears ..
