Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having swelling inside my mouth - both side inside cheeks for past 3 days. It's painless and feels soft. Whenever I sleep my ears feel blocked. And, When I get up - no issues in the ears.  Nose ( either side) also gets blocked whenever I sleep. And it becomes okay when I get up. I have been dealing with the indigestion issues for past one month. The issue of indigestion is better though. Please advise.

I am otherwise healthy, but recd a dose of 120mg methylpred per day for 7 days in hospital from 9-16 APRIL. Then recd 24mg deflazacort per day as discharge meds for 14 days. Sugars are normal and it has been 45 days post discharge. Am I still at risk for Mucormycosis? Asking because of nose block which persists from 20days

I happened to notice that at any given time, one of my nostrils stays almost blocked due to minor swelling inside back of the nostril and the other would be open. I have a some cough issue in throat with no colour. It's not a major inconvenience since I do not get breathing problems due to this but I'd want to know if I can do anything about it.

Hi, I was COVID positive a month back. Since few days I have some feeling or sensation kind of on my left side of face, cheek. I was not on steroids and non diabetic. I consulted ENT and he said it's normal and go for PNS to confirm. Here is the scan report . Please need expert advice if it's normal?

Is it levocet lm or levocet m for nose hot and respiratory little higher.. Is it syrup or tablet..and to be taken once a day or twice? Kindly advice

I am suffering from asthma and recently have been diagnosed with dust and cold allergy after blood test. Doctor has prescribed combinase AQ nasal spray which has a steroid in it and mondeslor tablet an antihistamine. And for asthma foracort 200 which also has a steroid in it. Recently I have recovered from COVID, self isolated at home and had fever for 3 days. During the recovery I had used partially the inhaler foracort for few days and then stopped it, after hearing about black fungus. Am I susceptible to black fungus even after 3 weeks of recovery? My question is will these nasal spray and inhaler medications affect my immunity ? Now it's been 3 weeks I have recovered from COVID. Due to dust and cold allergy I have developed sinus symptoms, not heavy but light symptoms. Light pressure above eyes and in head. can I continue to take the medications now?
