Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I am having a small bean size lump on front side of my neck near Adams Apple. Its been almost 4-5 years and it doesn't pain neither while swallowing nor by pressing it. From past 1 week it pain little sometimes like for 5-10 seconds and then it doesn't pain for whole day. Again next day same. So do I need to worry and I want to get it treated. Pls help. Thank You.

Dear sir / Madam From Almost 6 months I feel forehead Uncomfortableness (Numbness May Be ), No Pain , Somewhat feeling it is , Done CT Scan No Sinus , Still I get it , It Comes and Goes .And I feel Dry Throat From Evening and Have mild Throat pain .Am Thryiod patient it's normal . Consulted Many  ENT Doctor No One is Able to Find the Root Cause , All Said Could be Allergic . Sometimes I get mild Headace , It Comes and Goes . Consulted Neuro he said it's tension headache . Please Suggest .

Due to ear wax, a lot of itching and pain is there in my ears. one ear is blocked too. I am facing this issue since 4-5 days.initially it started from itching only but now pain and blockage is there.

I had yesterday one apple after many months. So today my one side tonsil is little swollen & became little red.     Even in last month when i ate Watermelon tonsils was swallen & little paining. So i took doctor advice. So it's got clear. Should i worry more about it. Pls help in this matter. For information i don't eat any cold things, no fruits & fried food since last year. Before this pendamic i used to drink cold drink & all things but i stoped since last year.

Need information on.... 1) Till what time after recovering from COVID Mucormicosis can happen? Days, weeks or months? 2) How fast does it spread in the body? Days, weeks or months? I was covid positive on 8th April and on 13th developed moderate pnemonia and was put on steroid iv for 7 days and discharged on 21 April and given 11 days of tempring steroid .It has been 36 days since I cam negative and 27 days since I left steroids .How venerable am I No diabetes blood sugar normal no other alignment

It's been 4 months I am suffering right side throat irritation and Angel of mandible pain ,jaw bone pain . I consulted many times with Ent specialist Doctors they examined by endoscopy and said acid reflux.. and after some time I feel comfortable but after few days Angel of mandible pain, jaw bone pain and right side throat irritation coming back again and again.. what should I do now?

Recovered from covid almost 2 months back.home isolated.no steroid taken ,no diabetes.mild left side facial pain is thr from yesterday evening.slight uneasy feeling in nose.i have problem of migrane also.does non diabetic person can have black fungus ?

I recovered from covid 20 days ago, but here is something that i have seen on my throat. I feel pain in throat sometime, also no nose block, no breathing issue, no fever, little headache and jaw pain. Also sometimes i feel like my tongue is being pulled from inside. I also have sinus issue. So please suggest what it is?
