Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I sometimes have pain in my throat. Is my tonsils normal. I have attached picture of it. Kindly tell me natural remedy.

Doc. My left ear is listening less in compare to other its been over 1or 2 months and now its hurting from inside after i use mustard oil in the ear and now right ear is also start hurting but hearing is ok of right ear i take few medicine and ear drops but its paining from last 3 days. Please suggest me some precautions and what can be the reason of this.

Hi, I had my covid positive on 3rd May and was on home isolation with just antibiotic, Montek lc and multi vitamin for 10 days. I am not diabetic and dint take any steroid. After 3 weeks from the covid first symptom, I got nose blocked on one side and nasal passage is inflammed with no mucus. Consulted ENT where both endoscopy and sinus CT are performed. He has mentioned that there is no Black fungus evidence in endoscopy but able to see minor infection in sinus. After 1 week, nasal blockage and sinus pressure on one side still persist. Should I be worrying on this if this could be black fungus or any other infection?

Suddenly overnight 3 days back, when I woke up, I got a hard lump on right side of my neck below my ears. It is very painful and because of the lump, im constantly getting fevers. If I touch the lump, it is very painful.. I tried hot spongeing on the lump, no difference. So far, I have only been eating paracetamol for the fever. The lump is hard, its not soft like the ones with fluid in them. It is NOT moving when I press over the lump or run my fingers over the lump. It came suddenly overnight. My parents think it is because I take bath in the night and apply oil in the night and sleep directly below the AC. But what is the real reason? Kindly help me.

I had been tested for covid in the month of jan and i completed my isolation around jan 25. Today I visited my doctor for cold..he gave me predmet 8 mg twice a day  and solvin cold for 3 days I'll be taking my vaccine shot tomorrow, can i continue the dose? Predmet is Methylprednisolone 8mg should I stop my dose or continue it and take my vaccine shot? Also he said it's an allergy as i thus every 4 Months also after I completed my quarantine I got the same symptoms I have now and this has been since few years. Today is the first day i took the dose of predmet and solvin and my appointment is fixed for the vaccine, can i continue?
