Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right side tonsil is swollen for more than a month. There is redness at back of my throat. Also my uvulla is tilted. No other symptoms apart from this. I am taking homeopathy medicine for 2 days. Should I continue with it or go for allopathy

Today I go to ent Dr for check up of nasal polyp ... I got to knew that before me a black FUNGUS patient was examined... i scared that whats the chance of getting mucor by endoscopy device if same is used to examine the patient of black Fung...it's 1  month since I covid positive... please help.

I have a really bad cranker sore and simoultaniously a swollen lymph node below the sore under the jaw(end), both same side, both occured together, its been the second day no other symptoms such as fever or body pain. Took a b complex and dolo morning, can I take b complex twice a day?

My one side face ,nose,and backside of head is paining,when endoscopy of nose is done dactor advise to do septoplasty .can this occur migrane type of pain only one side of head and backside

Around 12 days back I had recovered from typhoid..during the infection and after the recovery I often get cough especially at night times with wheezing breathing, mucous that comes back again, tight chest which isn't like before wherein I could breathe and feel the air flow to the full in my lungs. I take my food at proper times without delay and maintain sufficient hygiene but still it has become a continuous or a constant issue. Kindly provide some solution or medication to reduce it.
