Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been detected deficiency of vitamin D in Dec  2020, when I had 4mg of vitamin D, duing that time I had similar episode of head spinning.I has been prescribed with vitamin D suppliment and calcifort grand.bfor 2 months. Due to covid19 2nd wave,outside movement is zero and from 2 days I started having similar head spinning issue.i got my 1st dose is covid19 on 8 June 2021. Can u suggest what to do next.

Does Vertin 16 mg causes any harm i have been taking since 4 months because of menieres disease and after taking getting relifed.

I underwent a surgery for my leg day before yesterday under general anaesthesia. I'm experiencing pain in throat and my small toungue has swollen I'm unable to eat solid food it pains sevearly . I'm gargling with betadine & drinking hot water. Please let me know if there are any other medicines to get relief faster. I have attached pic of my small tongue .

I have recovered from covid approx months back, i was hospitalized for one week due to covid pneumonia. Since then i am feeling heaviness in my upper side of nose sometimes. Sometimes after sitting in ac, sometimes after drinking hot tea. Sometimes after getting up in morning.

It's been happening since a month, morning wake up with a sore throat which goes away with steaming and cetrizine. 2 weeks back got covid tests done, 10 days apart and all negative. No other symptom, just slight irritation while swallowing spit. Is there a permanent solution?

I have recovered from Covid a month ago. Since a week after covid recovery, I feel a different sensation on my nosetip. Sometime one side of nose get blocked while sleeping. I was prescribed steroids during covid treatment. My sugar level fasting as well as PP are well under range. I have consulted ENT doctor and was prescribed Montair FX. It's been 20 days but I am not getting much relief. Kindly suggest
