Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In how many days the reverse congestion goes off.I am having it,since about one and half month,maybe because of putting too much Vicks in steamer and taking steam for 4 days,or mau be because I was taking steam for about 8-10 mins.daily.

I have a runny nose even before May 22. On May 30 my covid test came positive. After which I was given paracetamol, unomox-cv625, Levocetirizine, vit-c 500, zinc and MV tablets for 5 days. But even after that my nose did not stop running. After which I had chest X-ray PA and cbc, crp test. After that I was given Mucinac AB and montair-lc for 5 days but even after that my nose is still running. Is eye blinking rapidly a sign of vertigo? ...i feel i am going dizzy like heavy headbut never feels dizziness..is it vertigo?
