I am hearing a sound of blood flow in my left ear from past 2 days . I am tense and unable to sleep please suggest some treatment ?

It can be due to negative pressure behind the ear drum if it's sudden in onset or sometimes due to trauma to ear drum ..  plz consult ur ent doctor with detailed history
