Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi...From yesterday night I feel little pain and there is redness on left side of left eye could you please suggest how can I reduce the redness and comfort it.

Didn't take steroids only take azithromycin 5 tablet 20 day ago?and suffer from mild pain under left eye with lite swelling and headache and i am covid negative?suggest me kya mujhe mucormycosis hua hai

Namaste sir One week back I was suffered left eye pain and upper part of nose pain consulting eye doctor says slight infection but not relieved consulting e n t doctor checking video endoscopy and X ray says that frontal sinus I have light head ache and eye pain it is heavy in mrng Sir in sinus eye pain nose pain is common

I have blocked left  nostril from last week...when use otrivin then there is relief and after sometime it happens again... There is a relief from taking steam also but problem still persisted. Sometimes nose block opens automatically and then again gets blocked. Presently it is partially blocked and there is sneezing and runny nose from blocked nostril only

I am having mouth ulcers in my mouth including tongue there any remedy for this problem , qm not able to do anything with this problem for last couple of days

I have ear pain and ringing like sound like"tttt" in ear for a week and when I sleep at a left side i felt pain in left ear.i use clear wax but it didn't not work my pain doesn't gone.
