Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have thyroid problem from 3 years. But I am not using any medicine. Recently I went to check up. Reports are looking like normal, I attached the reports please suggest me is it required to use medicine.

Hello Sir/Madam I contacted covid and recovered immediately. After few days I had nasal congestion and for that I did steam heavily which freed my nostrils for some time. Thereafter I did some workouts like skipping and running resulting to nose dryness. I lost good sweat in skipping and walking. Now my nose and eyes are completey dry and while taking bath I feel like breathlessness. Please help me out in this regard. I am not having fever.
