Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I ve mild swelling below and around RT eye, rt temporal area for 4 days ... Covid positive 22 days ago... H/O medrol 16 bd on Dr advice from 5 th day of covid illness...no comorbidity...i have fear of black FUNGUS...so done mri...taking montelukast levocet for 3 days...but swelling not decrease...this is mri report...and suggest if it's due to mucor or anything else... thanks

Hello. I am suffering from tonsils problem from last 14 YEARS. I could not eat anything sour like lemon ,tamarind containing  food, oranges,grapes, Yoghurt. Or anything too sweet like rasmalai, gulab jamun , pastries, chocolate. Every time I eat I suffer from very bad cough all throughout the day and night. I am very tensed and think this is getting chronic. I have been treated by several different doctors who give antibiotics like zipod 200 which subsides the throat pain and cough. But I need long term solution. Please advice. I am Not having any other health problems.

Some white spots inside cheeks with some irritating dry fungus type inside left nose. Home treatment of COVID-19 with low dose of steroid 12mg for 5 days and decreased 8mg for three days and 4mg for last two days as per doctor prescription.

Past one year onwards am suffering cough neck side (eyer down) feeling fat and stucked something in throttle but doctors given medicines for alargic but medicines time ok after completed medicines again getting cough.

The moment food enters the oesophagus , an irresistible desire to drink water in order to push the food downwards Otherwise Unable to eat . A feeling of gas(bloated) near lungs or stomach arises Which stops desire to eat at once.

Yesterday I have meat at my dinner.. I slept in Ac for 7 hours... Also I have a little piles issue... So i had taken Hilo capsule 2 tablets for that... Around 4 am I feel as something stuck in my throat... I drank water so that it may go down... Also I try to vomit but nothing comes out... I feel like something stuck in my throat and there is a little pain and irritation between food pipe and stomach...On taking Vics it cools down and again started to irritate... What to do...
