Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, my brother is facing sneezing (min 10- 20 times) and runny nose in the mornings when he wakes up. And after 1 hour he becomes normal. Also morning he feels very sensitive to smells kitchen food smell soap smell ... these symptoms show after taking bath as well. Sneezing starts during dusting too. Please let me know what is the problem.

I've water trapped in my left ear and it's not getting out.. what should I do? my entire left ear is blocked

Will partial loss of smell come back on? I caught cold back on 25th Apr. No fever. On 6th I could not smell things around. Cold Symptoms waerenot getting better after trying antibiotics. Now no nasal congestion after 27th May. But still have lack of proper smell. I can only smell strong smelling items. And can recognise strong isolate taste such as mango, ilaichi, litchi. But mixed taste and mild tase not able to recognise property. Is there any medicine or spray that will help me recover fast? One more thing, sometimes I feel nose is heavy(dry).

There is hyperdensity seen within the opacified part suggesting inspissated secretions. No definite erosion is seen There is Right sided aerated onodi cell Doctor said there is nothing to worry about

I am covid negative now covid negative report 19 April. No streiods, no oxygen, home isolation and I am also not diabetic. But from last 2 weeks I have one side face swelling because of teeth infection and eye pain this week after dentist procedure my face swelling and tooth pain is fine but my nose are red because of  one tiny pimple it is located outside nose and some eye pain nothing else it is related to micromysis?

My son is one and half years old. He is continually scratching his ears. We gave him ear drops after consulting but after few days again started scratching

It's been more than 4 months.. I had acid reflux but now my endoscopy report showing normal.. last few days my mandible pain both sides and mild right side ear Pain.. irritating me very seriously. I have done x-ray reverse Towne View and my doctor said this Styloid Process not enlarged.. now I am taking Gabaneuron NT 100. But my mandible pain still irritating me. Any medicine instead of Gabaneuron NT 100? Which works better for me. This pain I feel in  rest time and I have no difficulty in eating or drinking or chewing food.

I always have mucus in my throat and nose remains blocked during the day and some time it goes to my lungs as well
