Whispering sound in right ear

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Sir in year 2020 I have done my CT scan of head as pain remain in my right side of head at one point. After that CT scan I am hearing sound in my right ear . It is due to radiation effect or anything else. When I am free then I feel sound otherwise it is ok. Kindly diagnose. I had taken homeopathic medicine for tinnitus and I feel better . Now I leave the medicine problem again came.
