Mouth, throat ulcer, throat and ear pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I had fever for 5 days when tested CRP was 61, after 10 days of DOXYCYCLINE..CRP reduced to 23. Now I am having mouth and throat ulcers, pain rising from throat to ear and head. Difficulty in moving neck and swallowing. No cold and No Coughing. Currently for pain I am CHYMORAL PLUS
