Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday night I had an incident while sleeping, a bug has entered into my left ear Before I can avoid it, it crawled inside my ear I had pain initially Immediately I poured some drops of salt water into my ear From then on there is no pain but I feel something is present inside my ear Whole night I was lying on one side and not able to sleep assuming that the bug will fall from my ear But it has not happened Even I don't know what kind of bug it is and whether it is dead or alive inside Im worried Kindly advise here Thank you in advance

I hve my throat problem from 2months pain was normal some days it wil be pain and some days there will be no pain. I have vaccinated 5days ago can i garle now with betadin as of now to reduce my pain nd i dnt have cough also.
