Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir/ madam from past 35days I'm having nasal block forehead & backhead pain.first tendays heavy nasal block, head weight & pain(temp 99.1 5 to 6 times not continously inbetween 2 to 4' o clock for past 1 month) after that sneezing 5 to 10 times / day,ruining nose some days ,nasal block .I'm taking montec lc medicines.some days feeling better.now I'm feeling dizziness ,drowsiness, & hand trembling in some days.present nasal block reduced but not yet cured,forehead pain ,swelling around eyes& eyebrows,ear block& ringing sound in ears,cramp in nose & eyebrows( forehead).

I always feels my sides of head tight and heaviness in the cheek near ear It is around 1.5 years now suffering from this When i am in hot day it becomes worse. Relax in cold water for some time. Please doctor help me

On May 10, I had loss of smell , Cough and gained it back after 4-5days. I was given medicine and was told for self quarantine till 24may. But still I have occasional cough and throat tickle. What do I do? I hav ginger and honey. I feel good but later I feel same.

My kid got redness in one eye since yesterday. He do not have any pain or discomfort. But it's quiet red. He got hurt or some dust entered the eyes he is not able to recall. May be some little stick hurt his eyes . Have attached the pic of his eye. Kindly suggest .

Mostly when I take any citrus fruit or lemon or something like this , i feel pain in my throat even when I swallow . Since 2 days i am having pain at the right side of my throat.

My small brother is suffering from throat infection or allergic from past 1 to 2 years. It usually gets worsen when he eats cold related things or sometimes salty things. Please let me know which disease is this. Is this tonsillar hypertrophy or anything else.

I caught cold (maybe Covid) back on 25 April 2020. It was cold Symptoms no fever. Cold was getting better by 4tu may but on 5th or 6th I noticed I could not smell. Altered smell. There was heavy strange sensation on nose. I went to doctor they prescribed antibiotics (Azithromycin) and discongestent and multi vitamins for 5 days. It did not help. Anyway, on 14th I developed post viral symptoms muscle ache. Which gets better within few days. I never lost taste, salt, sugar and sour. But I could not tell what o aas eating. My taste has improved slightly back on 30th May. I can tell isolated food, such as mango, cardamom, and litchi. I get mild taste in dal and sabji. Smell is not returning well. I need to sniff things closer to nose, such as deodrant. Strong smells I can smell when bring closer. Sometimes I feel mild heavyness)tightness around nostril during the day. Should I go to ENT ? I have heard they have spray and medicine to make the recovery fast.
