Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have persistent dry cough since the last one month. It is very loud and feels like it comes from centre of chest. There is no wheezing, no phlegm. Sometimes it feels it has gone but then starts again. Please suggest.

Just wanted to confirm budesonide (budecort 0.5 mg) through nebulizer. Total 5mg used in intervals in total 7 days. Can it cause mucurmycosis?? Just worried as it is a steroid but some one says it is not systemic steroid so dont worry.
