Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What are some methods to diagnose ETD. Kindly advice me the diagnosis method for the same.? Thank you very much

Sore throat from 3days, while speaking it seems broken,but no cough and cold, after giving hot milk it's not improving,can't understand if I happening for cold or for screaming for long time 3days ago

I am feeling ear heaviness and pressure in ear and little  pain .  Visited ent specialist but no visible complications found. Audiometry and impedance are normal too. What may be the reason for the same problem?

Age 50. Took methylprednisolone total 250mg in a timespan of 11 days. First 5 days 32mg and then tapering gradually. Also took antibiotics along. Non-diabetec, random blood sugar measured 2 times while taking steroid it was 130 and 170 respectively. After stopping steroid, blood sugar fasting was 97. Current problem - nose pain, headache one side,eye also swelled but all problems resolved itself, now toothache is there but she is also having chronic tooth problem. Its a small town only X ray available. One doc told PNS water view X-ray. But the doc is unavailable now. I have done the X-ray please check whether it's normal or it could be mucor. Attaching X ray

My little son accidently while playing with me punched me on my throat . From that time it hurts when I try to swallow anything , plus if I touch that part of the neck with my hand it hurts . Please advise do I need to take a consultation or some medicines or it would become fine with in few days on its own .

I actually developed a node on my neck suddenly But i have a wisdom tooth infection since very long. I was on medication (Gastric) before i had this node. it was all normal. Did my ultrasound neck it showed helium fatty node and i have GERD problem too acid reflex since September'20 and due to this my voice has started to change. My neck strains sometimes and i have back pain too which is not continuous (sometimes) When i move neck hard i get knuckles. no swelling in neck too except the voice change too it happened after i got cold in December .I have GERD still when i eat spicy food . Is this anything about concerning? and also backside neck swelling is there if i do any stretchs and exercise the swelling goes I'm feeling light . Please throw some light on this . Any doctor so far i visited said I'm being perfectly normal. and also my neck swell when I'm stressed

1.5 month has passed away from covid recovery,I was a asymptomatic patient ,but at that time I used steam inhalation and mustard oil and " JAL NETI" to unblock nose , From last 15 days I am feeling severe pain in nose , I have done CT SCAN OF PNS,it shows nasal septum left side,and sinus ,when I sleep in night suddenly I walk up due to unbreathing for seconds,is it serious or normal ,SPo2 level is 98

After a month of recovering from mild covid, I have a an irritated patch inside my throat, if I touch it or eat anything spicy/sour/cold it triggers severe coughing that lasts for hours unaffected by OTC meds, getting resolved in its own time, it is productive cough and has limited my food and exercise, what can I do to help myself?

After how many days of recovery from covid-19 we will out of danger from mucormycosis( Black fungus)... I had mild symphom ...i recovered at April 26...
