Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have slight pain and feeling of blockage in my throat and ears. Had mild covid and recovered at home more than a month ago. Also little bit of whitish discharge from eyes sometimes. Also, it feels like there is a foreign object in the eye. The throat looks a little whitish when seen with the phone flash

I feel like my innermost part of the tonque became enlarged and there are some small tiny red spots in throat and tongue. Am I suffering from any defeciency? I don't consume any cold foods or drinks.

My mother is suffering from ear,she can't hear when the far people's speaks she can't hear their voice wt is the solution for this problem Till now this happening 6 months 1 year ago she got some pain around the head that's why she is suffering that ear problem what is the solution for this Is this porblem have medicines because it cures some or some little to hear

Excessive saliva at uncertain time and swallowing sound people scolding that i am doing it intensionally  because if you do intensionally it happens like that loud excessie saliva is produced at uncertain times and sometimes when i think it happens like that. Please help me

My dad just recovered from covid and got discharged from hospital 5-6 days ago, ive noticed blackening on his teeths and on gums. He was on steroids in hospital 120mg methylprednisolone, he is not diabetic his sugar fluctuates between 130-160 now he's not on steroids anymore. Is it black fungus should i be worried?

I am hearing sizzling sounds in my throat. They sound like a slow sizzle, or water running very very slowly. I've got tested for all things including covid, and all is negative. I also have a sensation of coughing, but I never have to cough. What is this? Please help

I am facing dry througt and dry nose from last 25 days.at starting I have taken some pain killer, from that this situation started.i have acidity problems also.i already taken a course of following medicine but it's not curable 1-azothromicine 2-montac lc 3- ivervectin Not getting any fever and heavy pain but while sleeping througt it's very stuff and getting irritation. Please suggest me what I shoud do?

Ear pain. Itching and feel water inside. Can feel the same. When I put the drops also it does not go complete inside.
