Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I hadsinus. To cure it i used homopathy 1 year ago.most of the symptoms were cured.but stil some symptoms left. Sometime Half head pain,runing nose, sneezing. My pulse rate is 100 approx in oxymeter . Is my pulse rate high due to sinus . How can i decrease. And cure sinus fully. Smarika

Post covid problems i m having .in starting from one side myface swell up then visit to a ent  doctor he suggest endoscopy but no fungal  infection found fluid was filled after that he gives 10 days treatment but numbness was not going then he suggest sinus city in that sinusitis and polyp  found i have taken 4 days treatment but then also pain is there on tha right face .

What is the appropriate time frame to get vaccinated (1st dose) post covid recovery. I tested positive on 5th May and completed my quarantine on 19th May have been without symptoms for atleast 12 to 14 days. Whan can I get vaccinated ? Any other precautions i need to take post recovery

Left ear is severely paining .. no liquid or anything is coming out of it .. not able to smile as well .. left ear is completely paining because of of the boil which is inside the ear .. please suggest medication Atleast for pain reduction please ..
