I am having mild to moderate nasal congestion for almost 1 month along with some mucus in my throat. I went for CT PNS. Major findings were:
1) Nasal septum deviation towards the left. Small bony spur is noted.
2)Left sided concha bullosa is seen.
3)Paranasal sinuses appear normal.
4)No haller cells. No Onodi cells.
5) Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy is seen.
Rest all findings were normal.
Please suggest me treatment for the same.

If the congestion has been there only for a month then meds can take care of that ... But if this has been for prolonged periods then it can be due to the deviated septum and associated anatomical issue then it might require surgery
