Thick Phlegm and no saliva forming. Taking mucinac- ET 600mg twice a day in water and steam for thining mucus. Can room humidifier wil help forming saliva n solving dried mouth problem

There is redness at back of my mouth since 20 days. And my right side tonsil is bigger, i had a boil near my right ear 20 days back (currently it is cured). I have no other symptoms apart from this. Is it something serious?

I have infected with covid in April and recover it from 23 April ,from one week I have slight pain in left eye and warmness in both it's .some time it reflect on centre forehead and nosal bridge and upper jaw teeth which RCT done 15 year back .

Having severe nasal blockage,passage of my nose is almost blocked.sometimes throat also becomes a little blocked.on allergic medications for long time but still no improvement it is worsening,what should I do?

Symptoms starts on 15th tested positive on 20th May.. taking steaming and eating good food. Three days I'm suffering from nose heaviness inside.. I don't know how to explain my situation.. it's very irritating. Because of this nose problem i feel my head eyes everything is heavy. Not able to be free. Sometimes paining also. Rarely itchiness is there in eyes. But not red. Taking medicine Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc for 5days(morning and night) with doctor advise. Then for this nose problem he gave nosikind 0.1% drops and chymorol forte tablet for three days (morning and night). Stil I feel the same. Is this normal or what? Kindly help. Except this problem I don't have any issues. Spo2is normal no diabetic Nothing. Before start the medicine I inhaled the tomato plants and other leafs.. because I lose the smell. So I inhaled that plants leafs. Will fungus will form? I'm very scared. Kindly reply. And cure my problem plz.

Obeserved Redness and rashes on the face.       Also little swelling under the left eye is observed.
