Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My grandfather is not eating anything , and even if he asks for food or water, he can't swallow , he's having pain in his throat , or his brain is not allowing him to take food ,he can't explain what's going on with him,someone please help me , he's so weak I don't know what to do , give me some proper advise to make him good again I'm so lost

My mom (age 51) was covid positive 3 weeks back. For last 8-10 days she is not having any covid symptoms and don't have any throat pain. Suddenly she observed swollen lymph nodes below the ears on one side of the face. She stopped covid related tablets 8 days back and for last 1 week she is taking cypon syrup to stimulate appetite and omiprazole tablet. Is this swollen lymph node a post covid symptoms? Do we need to take this seriously?
