Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel my nose is blocked but I dont have breathing problem nor mucus but it feels blocked not fully opened...I had covid 1 month ago with mild symptom like loss of smell...what shud I do

I have normal cold since 2-3 month without running nose. But now During inhalation I can't inhale properly due to which my ear feel pressure and little pain from last 2 days. But during exahalation i can exhale properly without any problem. I have taken Azithromycin 500mg, levocitrezine & Steam for 5 days but not getting any improvement in breathing. I have tested 2 times Covid-19 negative in last 15 days. Note: Till the age of 20 i used to normally caught by cold in any season. Local Dr. Called it NAJLA ( नजला) .

Have used ear bud in right ear which resulted in blood and pus in the ear. Already have perforated ear drum. Taken amoxyclav 625 and Diclofenac since last 2 days. No improvement has seen. Sh sh sind coming from the ear. Please suggest what to do?

I suddenly got some mouth lesions after I had steam with vapocaps during cold.This was done about 4weeks ago.I feel dryness in my mouth and the lesions are inside my mouth neared to the lips and cheeks. I currently live in Sweden. I used a mouth wash after online consultation with a nurse here.But I couldn't find any improvement in it. Please help me with some home remedy or some medicines.

There is Ear pain from longer period and I feel nose block also and there is eye swelling also. Doctor suggested to use nasal spray but nasal spray is contains steroids , which suppress immune system is it okay to use that.
