Should i be worried about bfungus
I have never had covid as all if my tests came back negative. I had a MRI and cT all other my sinuses are ok only problem was Mild right sided posterior ethmoid sinusitis without any bony erosion

Only use warm saline gargle..and if feel heavyness in eye..headach then also use symptomatic treatment for sinusitis

No need to wry take Steam inhalation twice daily ,tab Sinarest. Levo 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puff in both the nostrils for 15 days
