Recurring fever episodes daily
Recurring daily fever episodes ranging from 99 to 102 F. Diabetic from past 25 years, taking insulin daily. Sugar is in control now 125 ( fast) 190 ( after food). Had endoscopic surgery for chronic fungal sinusitis last year. Recovered well post surgery and got back smell and taste. Had bitten by 2 scorpions back to back 2 months ago. From past 1 month suffering from recurring episodes of fever, body pains, some times neck pain and numbness under left eye ( sinus area). My suspecting complications could be ( 1.fungal/bacterial sinusitis came back again,2. Fungal/bacterial infection to nervous system and spinal cord , 3. Bone infection in skull  ( no bruises on body though), 4. Fungal/bacterial meningitis/ encephalitis. Please help! NOTE: getting coughs sometime but no Covid though.

Plz get a covid rtpcr first ... Also visit an ent specialist ...as u are a diabetic u r more prone for recurrence of fungal infection in ur sinuses ..  also even after a surgery for fungal sinusitis u need regular follow up with endoscopy to rule out recurrence
