Rebound congestion
I am suffering from rebound congestion due to overuse of antihistamines and otrivin nasal spray more than 2 weeks. What should I do now?

Stop using otrivin ... U can instead use saline nasal spray and steam inhalation for ur issues and consult ur ent doctor if the issue persists

Quit using otrivin nasal drops .
You can avoid antihistaminics also incase you have no symptoms.
