  4. Red spots on inner lip. Concerned for?

Red spots on inner lip
Today while having food got some burning sensation on inner lips. Then i checked after. I found some red spots on inner lip. I am attaching the picture. They are somewhat painful when i touch with my tongue. Is it something to be concerned for?? Please help. I am worried after searching the web results.

Don't worry it's  swelling of labial salivary glands. Sometimes it's painful.
