How to get rid of tonsil stone/white thing in my left down side of my throat Its irritate me some times?

A weak before I was having sharp pain in my Thorat and slight feverish then consulted my family physician he gave his clinic Medicine then 3 days before I told him having still pain in my throat so he told me. To start Azee 500 once a day...from the last 3 days I m taking The medicine but the problem the I m feeling better from the the start but I whenever I take my spit back sometime I feel slight pain n when I get up in the morning I feel both ear n thorat pain also I sleep In A my doc suggested for few days avoid the AC...also last night I added lot mouth of salt to gargle . Plz suggest me Any other medicine to be taken along with azee for the pain....

I had undergone my polyps surgery 4-5months back. My doctor advised me for nasal wash for lifetime. Otherwise same problem will come back. Is it so? Is there no permanent cure for this?

Post Covid I had Nasal congestion so took a MRI as per doctor advise , The result says "polypoidal mucosal thickening in right maxillary Sinus ". I am worried is this mean by black fungus or a normal Sinus issue.

Hello doctor , My one nostril is always stuffed dont know what is causing it and  always changes its direction when I change my position .This problem is for past 6-8 months, tried everything (stream inhalation, medication) nothing worked . Some times I get sore throat but clears up after a week .my tolarance to dust has increased and sneeze whenever in contact . Couldn't visit an ENT specialist due to this pandemic .is it a serious problem ? for your information I once got nose injury 5 years back .

Age 80. Large blister like swelling beside gum. Lips are swollen since 3 month. Slight pain. No fever. No other symptom.
