Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor My relative tested positive on  16 th may that time his RTPCR  CT value was 25.02 and had very mild symptoms. Then he took all medicines prescribed by Doctor and was quarantined in separate room. Today he did corona test again and result came positive RTPCR CT value is 30.45 and having no symptoms or problem. Except very mild cough. Does he need to be qurantined again?  And any test (D-Dimer) need to be done? Please suggest Thanks in advance

My mom has recently diagnosed with heart valve blocks and diabetes. Currently taking medicines . But she's having persistent dry cough daily. She's having such cough for a very long time. Kindly suggest what further treatment or medicines should be given. Also let me know if we have to go for any lab tests

Hello . Im anxiety disorder patient and taking beta blocker for palpitation but . From previous 3-5 days in my ear when any loud sound comes than it feels like it is vibrating inside by sounds of Pooja bell ; music etc . And i feel dizziness 2-3 times a day but for 15 -20 minutes . It disturbs me alot what i do .

I m suffering from mild DNS from last 1.5year... I feel breathless and ear eye nose pressure so much which I can't handle now...I have taken so many pills recommended from many ent doctors but my condition gets worse with time... I take  2 times steam in a day but it also didn't helped much .. problem persistence is same... what will be the permanent solution ? Is septoplasty needed for permanent relief? Or with medicine is can be resolved? Pls help

Please ans my query. Last month 19 started covid symptoms. HRCT 6/25. Recovered in home without using steroids. Non diabetic sugar levels fbs100 plbs114. I am having sinus problem for last 12 days. I had sinus and allergies earlier but these symptoms are for the first time. I did not have any imuno compramising complications in the past. Symptoms: left side mild tenderness above eye which is on and off. Mild tooth sensitivity in cupsid tooth of upper jaw for last three days which is on and off. Nasal endoscopy does not show any black ness. Nasal swab tested for fungul stain negative. Attached recent CT and MRI report. Is it sinusitis then how many days it takes for the symptoms to resolve. Completed Two rounds of anti biotics till now. Anything to worry. Please suggest. No nose bleed, block, discharge, swelling on face in these days..

Through out the year cold infection.by climatic changed, evening bathing , late eating,less water drinking.suddenly infected.

Few days back i noticed I'm having small holes on my tonsils that  i had never  noticed before and also I'm having small white boil or pimples on my tongue  on centre or back of tongue that feel sharp and is irritated when i touch or  scratch it Is it normal or not . And i was having coughing problem from weeks and doctor diagnosed it sinusitis . I just want to know is it normal or is it related to sinusitis

I have administered with covisheild 20 days ago and after that I got fever and headache for 2 days after taking dolo 650 I recovered to normal but I am getting sinus pain since from a week I didn't taken any medication for it. How to get rid of this ? Please advise

Some 20 days back I started to experience a little itching & redness(about 20%) in both of my eyes. So I consulted an eye specialist and he gave me some eye drops after which the irritation & redness has subsided. But from last 3-4 days I am experiencing a little pain in my lower right jaw joint. Also I am finding it difficult to focus on distant objects. (Example reading a vehicle plate number of a car at a distance of about 40-45 ft) Are these symptoms of any fungus infection? Or am I just over thinking?
