Ringing in one ear

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I got tested positive for covid on 3 rd may and have recovered. However i have a ringing sensation in my ear since 3 days. After visit to ENT Physical examination was clear and doctor removed wax from the ears. The ringing sensation is still there in my left ear. What could be the cause and is there a solution. Please suggest
