Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Why I'm getting  food pieces  with yellow water back to my mouth which i have to spit out . I'm getting it after drinking warm water and sometimes I'm spitting out some very little brown pieces with saliva or water after drinking warm water and morning tea .

Does my throat look normal? Or is there any issues like thrush etc.. I m really worried. Pls help I also had sore throat since yesterday but not much. I'm worried if it's something serious

3 days back I developed swelling under one eye. It automatically subsided after 3 days now very less swelling present. Shown to eye doctor and he said no need to worry. Just normal allergic reaction. Covid recovered on 10 may - no steroids, no oxygen, no hospital stay, no diabetes and otherwise good health. Yesterday after eating ice cream some tooth pain happened. Now getting worried again. No other symptoms like nasal congestion, black skin, swelling of face, etc. Correct me if I'm wrong - if it were black fungus, eye swelling would not have gone automatically right? I have very bad health anxiety hence messaging here after doctor consult also.

Sir I am facing problem of nasal block since 10 days . Would you suggest me how to overcome from this .

What are the symptoms to look out for black fungus for early detection? Can non Covid patients get black fungus?

Till how many days one needs to worry about black fungus? I know there isnt a defined period, but a general ballpark estimate in days?

I was suffering from severe pain at the back side of ear lobe . Can anyone please tell the cause of that pain . Is this the symptom  of black fungus? Can anyone give me a clarification about my issue.

Since last week it's hurting in my right ear and now my whole right side of face is in pain. Before 3 days there was some bleeding in my ear.

Are people on gastric problem medications more susceptible to black fungus if yes what are the steps needed to avoid it and also how to identify black fungus in its early stages?

I have recent gone tch check up so there noticed I have hypothyroid so in this situation is that fine to covid vacine to take please suggest me
