Hello..the turbinate that you can visualise is your inferior which has a very rich blood supply..It is responsive to any stimulus like cool air or exposure to dust which may cause it to expand or increase in size..As long as it is not causing any discomfort or nasal obstruction do not worry much about it.. If you have any further doubts or worries you can consult online.. stay safe
Health Tips
Avoid direct exposure to any aggravating stimulus like cool air
