Feels irritation in throat and cough
My father's throat has some issue , he always feels like something is in there means sore throat , and cough . It's from a long time . And i believe he has repeating fever because of it . When he speaks 2-3 minutes he has to clear throat first . He has no difficulty in breathing.  What can be the problem and treatment .
