Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today had two to thrice feeling like spinning and dizziness. Once in a year coming across like this. Earlier 2019/2020 had same problem.consulted ENT and ortho for the same. Consumed tablets and was ok. Heard that imbalance fluid in the ear or spine issue will face this problem. Wanted to know if consuminfg of ice creams , cold water, cold drinks and continuous use of AC also trigger this spinning and dizziness. Since had ice cream, cold drinks due to this hot summer. Also basic medications required to overcome from this problem. Need advice of permanent solution. I am from Chennai. Please advice. .

Throat irritation of mucus and lungs how to solve it permanently and i have drink ascoril+ syrup and earing citrus fruit watermelon is it any effect on body?

I got first COVID symptom on 11 April Was prescribed Azithromycin (5 days)+multivitamins+steam inhalation.Then in may I was prescribed budamate 200 inhaler(5 days )+Telekast L (5 days). I am 20 yrs old with no diabetis or other conditions.Am I at risk of black fungus?

Dear sir / Madam From Almost 6 months I feel forehead Uncomfortableness & Sometimes on Face around eyes  (Numbness or Pressure  May Be ), It's Weird  Feeling .No Pain , Somewhat feeling it is , Done CT Scan No Sinus , Still I get it , It Comes and Goes .Am Thryiod patient it's normal . Consulted Many  ENT Doctor No One is Able to Find the Root Cause , All Said Could be Allergic . Sometimes I get mild Headace , It Comes and Goes . Consulted Neuro he said it's tension headache . Taste and smell lost after covid, it's been 20 days. How should I get it back and what measures I should follow.

I took deep tissue massage for 20 mins, my very first massage, I'm not a very active in life but I'm not even obese my BMI is normal, I got up with fatigue the next day of massage and after 3 days I had sore throat as well. I'm fully vaccinated for Covid and it's been good 20 days after my 2nd doze too. Why am I fatigued and sore throat. Pls help

Is it true that healthy and non diabetic patients are also getting mucormycosis. I got my antibodies done on 3rd of may, igg>20, and total antibodies were 5.88. I had no symptoms when I was positive ( I didn't even know). I don't have any symptom now as well. No history of diabetes, hypertension or anything. No steroids or oxygen taken. Do I have any chance of black fungus???
