Rounded ball like phlegm
Hello,
I do not have any cough. But every 15 to 20 days I get a ball like clear phlegm.
Is it a symptom or anything.

It is collection of mucus sir which is thick and to avoid that drink lukewarm hot water daily and avoid oily foods , chocolates.... plz do warm salt water gargles daily after eating food to prevent this...
