Weight issues

I'm a 20 year old college going student. Due to the unusual working hours and constant exam pressure, i end up eating a lot of junk coz it seems to calm me down. Chocolates and chips are a part of my everyday diet. Due to this unhealty lifestyle, I've suddenly put on a lot of weight in my stomatch and hip areas. As well as my thighs. I've been making a conscious effort off late to mend my Earing habits. Coz I'm also having a lot of hair fall issues. But end up having these constant "cheat days". Could u please give me a detailed diet plan which I could follow, Coz I have my sister's wedding coming up in July and I positively want to lose weight by then. Please,please help.

I am 21 years old and 5'5" tall. I am gaining about - 3-4 kgs every month. I do eat junk food and rice.
