Hi my baby is 2months 4 days old and she is having cold and cough am using nasal drops and mucolite 5 drops but not reduced .so my doc gave clavam 1ml 2times mucolite 0.3ml 3 times and maxtra 6 drops 3 times . He mentioned it's a viral infection spread from others .do I really need to use antibiotics..pls reply me on urgent basis
