My baby only sleeps on lap and awakes when put to bed. He is 20 days baby pls suggest what can we do.

My daughter is 23 months old, from past weeks she doesn't poop frequently, mostly in 4-5 days she poops . And worst thing is that she gets urge but she doesn't want to poop. I don't understand what is the issue . Last time also she tried from morning to afternoon then next day she finally pooped that too with so much effort from us. Please help why this is happening

Hello Doctor, My 8 month girl baby has nausea ( vomiting sensation ) for past three days...but no vomiting , hardly curdeled milk is coming when she is doing vomiting kind of thing once or twice...but nausea is there for entire day... Baby is active, pooping once or twice without any discomfort and stool is not watery or forthy...pee count is 6 Current weight is 7.9 kg , birth weight is - 2.9kg
