Mesenteric adenitis
Hello sir/mam
My daughter had stomach pain for which ultrasound was done which shows mesenteric lymphadenitis, largest is 20*10mm. Doc gave her syp cyclopam for pain relief but it's not helping at all. She also has typhoid.
Pls suggest what to give for this pain. Pls tell some pain killer
