2 days before my  1.5 year baby fall down from bed . At that time we were in hill station for vaccation.She cried alot and she vomited like saliva 3 times. We went to hospital immediately, doctor told she is alright but they asked me to take CT scan, but there was  no CT scan facilities there. So we came to home town. Now she is active, regular in her activities and taking foods properly also. Do I need go for CT Scan tomorrow? Please suggest your valuable opinions.

She has fever from last 2 days, there is no particular pattern for fever . Her body temperature raises anytime, day before yesterday she had fever twice. Once at morning nd once at evening, yesterday she had fever at late night around 11 only. Now today in evening around 4 she again has raised temperature (99.5) then after 30 minutes it was 98.5 and settled itself without medication. She was active throughout just yesterday night complaining body ache. I can't understand what is it? Kindly help
