Child Health Issues

My child has been getting a fever continuously for the last 4 days .. blood reports are malaria -ve, dengue -ve , crp-42mg/L. Today, we started antibiotics Augmentin DDS (4.5ml twise a day) but not seeing much improvement and fever is coming again(103+).. how much time Antibiotics take to work? Or should we monitor 48hrs of Antibiotics..

My baby is 1 month 10 days old. She smiles but does not giggle while sleeping. Is it normal ? When do babies actually start giggling while sleeping

My baby is 3months old. Today she is doing vomit 8 to 10 times. Please suggest me, how to take care of her.

My 2 year daughter vomited in the morning and night ( 2 episodes in a day)  and had a low grade fever (98.7) after medication and injection vomit stopped but loose motion start same day ( 3times) fever was still 98.7 to 99.4 on next day with 4 episodes of loosemiton. But in the evening fever raised 101.3...baby is active and eat a little bit m giving meftal p fir the fever but want to know th reason of all this why fever rises after 2 days

Hi Doctor, My son is 2.4 yrs old and since 2 -3 days he doesn't have any interest in eating even his favourite items. We are so worried he never did something like this before whenever we ask him to eat he just runs away and doesn't take any interest in eating. Please guide us what needs to be done here. Hi, my child is 25 days old . He is on both breastfeeding and formula on advice of Dr. Can I give him boiled water with sugar and salt or only boiled water (few spoons). Note: He has left renal pylectasia measuring 5 to 6mm and ventrical vein is thickened. Plz suggest.
