Hello my baby is 2.5 years old her height is 80cm which is less as per WHO. Her birth height 54cm and weight was 3.2kg. She has gained only 2 cms I last one year.

Her height as per WHO growth charts is less than 3rd centile; technically short stature
Next Steps
At this age a normal variant called constitutional short stature (CSS) is found in some children who mature late (if parents don't have short stature).
Health Tips
If no other symptoms /illness, better to do an endocrinology consult for bone age assessment (delayed in CSS) and hormone levels esp thyroid and growth hormone
