Child Health Issues

My son's age is 23 month . For few days I saw this type of spot in his tounge. I'm doing brush his teeth everyday but I can't clean his tounge. I don't understand what is that. He don't have any other health related issue. Before many days he had cold and cough but now he have very slight cold cough. Only multivitamin syrup I gave him . His dr recommended syrup KREBZ. Please suggest me what can do ? Is anything wrong.?

My daughter is having itching rectum area.She can't able to sleep & I have seen worm in her rectum.she is having some round patch patch dots in her cheeks,hands & in her body also please let me know some medicine for her.Ler me know whether her round patch is bcoz of that or what
