My 7months old baby is having watery stools 6-8 a day from last two days. There were know changes in food. Can you please suggest a syrup?

Hi Doctor, my baby boy was born in December his birth weight was 2.8kgs and discharge weight was 2.6 kg Currently his weight is 109 days after birth is 5.5 kg and height is 62cm and head circumference is 39.5cm He is on breast feed with only 1 time formula in a day Please suggest if the growth is ok and if not please suggest the alternative solution

My daughter 8yrs had throat pain last week and slowly developed cold and High Fever. Doctor confirmed throat infection on Tuesday and prescribed antibiotic which we started same day. Though fever intervals are increasing, on and off temperature is there and she had vomiting episodes twice today.
