My kid is 3.1 yr old she understands everything speaks tons of single words and few 2 words her speech therapy said receptive is good and her expressive language is only there what 2.5 yrs child should have and she is under speech and OT . She will get better with therapy for expressive language delay?

Hi,my baby is 10 month old from yesterday she has 100f fever and vomiting and diahorria we visited hospital as doctor told it is due to heat(summer) baby got fever.doctor prescribed medicine for vomiting and diahorria and fever but nothing work still she has diahorria and vomiting she prefers only breast milk but for me very less milk coming we tried to give formula milk which she already have but now she is not taking even if we give after few minutes she vomiting formula milk (lactogen 2). Please help as of now she is playing. How to find dehydration she likes to drink breast milk and water nothing she taken. Ors she is not taking please help how to find dehydration if it is dehydration how to cure as baby not taking anything can we give water as much as she want?

My son is 7 months old, few days back I saw 1 drop of blood in his nose, and today he fell down,he was sitting on floor only, he cried and got few drops of blood from nose, is this because of summer heat ? Or Any other reason??

Hi, my 2 year old daughter is only having 8 teeth 4 front teeth (upper and lower) and 4 molar. Every time I visit a pediatrician they ask me to wait and wait m worried now her first teeth came when she was 19 months old and till now only having 8 teeth so please suggest what should I do dental doctor also said to me for wait atleast more six month. My baby is 6.5 months old and he is on solids and formula milk ,couldn't give breast milk due to my health issue and is urinating about 15 times a day ,but he actively plays, sleeps well and feeds well is this normal .Thank you

My boy is 10M old and weighing around 8 kg . From past 24 hrs temperature is fluctuating its 99 in the morning and yesterday night it went till 101. Today is better than yesterday but temperature is around 100 . But he is having his food as usual , routines also going as usual. But he looks bit cranky and irritated . He is sleeping as usual . Can someone review and give possible suggestions please ?
